They have a proven track record of designing and delivering major development schemes across the UK, working on multiple projects within the Infrastructure sector, specifically Highways. They have an outstanding reputation and strong track record of developing their employees to Director level positions.

THE POSITION
They are actively looking to recruit an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work alongside a team of experienced Chartered professionals and get involved in a range of projects from inception to completion. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be given the opportunity to take ownership on a range of projects within the Infrastructure (Highways) sector. Value of projects can range from £1 - £20 million.

THE CANDIDATE
The successful Quantity Surveyor must:

  • Have a degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Have 3+ years experience working in a Quantity Surveying role
  • Have good communication and client facing skills
  • Have a willingness to work towards their APC and become Chartered
