THE COMPANY
The client is an independent, privately owned Consultancy based in London looking to expand their team. Projects are within the Private sector and include Leisure, Hospitality and Residential. Values currently range from £50 to £100 million so a fantastic range and size of projects.
THE POSITION
They are actively looking to recruit an Intermediate Project Manager to get involved in taking full responsibility of projects from inception to completion. The successful Project Manager will be given the opportunity to take full client ownership and work on projects across a range of sectors. The company offers great training and progression as well as great APC support.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful Project Manager must:
- Have a relevant degree
- Have experience working as a Project Manager on either the Consultancy or Main Contracting side
- Have experience working on projects within Property e.g. Residential, Commercial, Healthcare etc
- Have experience working on projects from inception to completion
- Have good communication and client facing skills
