Overview

One of the UK\’s leading Property Consultancies is actively recruiting for an Intermediate Project Manager to join their established London office. The company is respected in the market with a wide network of offices and is delivering some of London\’s most high-profile Residential sector developments, including major apartment buildings, regeneration schemes, build-to-rent projects, and luxury residential complexes for both public and private sector clients. The environment is dynamic and collaborative, with Project Managers working alongside leading professionals on projects of significant social and economic impact.

The Position

They are actively seeking several Intermediate Project Managers to take full responsibility for managing Residential sector projects from inception through to completion. The successful Project Manager will have the opportunity to lead client relationships, oversee design and construction delivery, and contribute to the successful completion of key residential projects across London. Project values typically range from £1 million up to £100 million. While the immediate focus will be on Residential and Mixed-Use developments, there will also be opportunities to gain experience in other sectors such as Commercial, Education, and Leisure as the business grows.

The Candidate

The successful Project Manager must:

  • Hold a relevant degree (e.g., Project Management, Construction Management, or related field)
  • Have experience working as a Project Manager within a Consultancy environment
  • Have a strong background in Property / Building projects
  • Ideally have experience working within the Residential or Regeneration sector
  • Be confident managing projects from inception through to completion
  • Possess excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
