Overview

One of the UK\’s leading Property Consultancies is actively recruiting for an Intermediate Project Manager to join their established London office. The company has a strong network of offices across the country and overseas, delivering high-profile Health sector developments, including major hospital builds, healthcare centres, and specialist medical facilities for NHS and private sector clients. The environment is dynamic and collaborative, offering Project Managers the opportunity to work with leading professionals on projects with significant social and economic impact.

The Position

They are actively seeking several Intermediate Project Managers to take full responsibility for managing Health sector projects from inception through to completion. The successful Project Manager will have the opportunity to lead client relationships, oversee design and construction delivery, and contribute to the successful completion of key healthcare projects across London. Project values typically range from £1 million up to £100 million. While the immediate focus will be on Healthcare and Life Sciences, there will also be opportunities to gain experience in other sectors such as Education, Commercial, and Mixed Use as the business continues to grow.

The Candidate

The successful Project Manager must:

  • Hold a relevant degree (e.g., Project Management, Construction Management, or related field)
  • Have experience working as a Project Manager within a Consultancy environment
  • Have a strong background in Property / Building projects
  • Ideally have experience working within the Health or Public Sector
  • Be confident managing projects from inception through to completion
  • Possess excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
