THE ROLE
As a Project Manager, you’ll support and lead key aspects of project delivery from early-stage planning through to completion. You will work alongside experienced senior professionals, gaining exposure to a variety of projects while steadily increasing your autonomy and client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with and leading the day-to-day management of construction projects
- Coordinating and communicating with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Managing programmes, cost plans, risk assessments, and reporting processes
- Ensuring delivery is aligned with the client’s expectations for time, quality, and cost
- Supporting the development of junior team members and contributing to best practices
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years’ consultancy experience in a similar role
- Progressing toward professional chartership (APM, RICS, CIOB, or equivalent)
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
- A proactive mindset with a desire to take ownership and grow within a high-performing team
