Are you a building surveyor who is interested in being client side? Flagship consulting is currently assisting a fantastic company looking for a Building Surveyor to join them on a Regional basis. With a strong stance in the industrial, commercial sector they are involved in some up and coming projects. This position will be based covering the M4 Corridor. You will be involved in New Build Projects up to the value of 15 million pounds, as wells as repairs refurbishments. You will be involved in working with consultancies/contractors on these projects. In order to be suitable for this position you should have a minimum of 3 years as a building surveyor.
