Role Overview

Our Marketing team drives our brand presence across target markets. From customer engagements to integrated campaigns, they champion Flagright’s story, drive pipeline acceleration, and help customers discover our value through strategic, impactful programs. We are hiring a Senior Field Marketing Manager to help scale Flagright’s marketing efforts in EMEA. You will own field-level strategy and execution to drive awareness, engagement, and sales pipeline growth within key markets. You will partner closely with the Sales team to design and deliver programs that accelerate pipeline velocity, expand market reach, and enhance brand positioning. Field Marketing Managers at Flagright are strategic and hands-on. You will be required to travel, plan and execute high-impact initiatives, measure results, and continuously optimise for performance.

Key Responsibilities

Event Marketing
  • Develop and execute field marketing strategies aligned to target segments and sales goals
  • Plan, manage, and execute events, customer roundtables, and sponsored industry gatherings
  • Partner with Sales team to drive event outreach, follow-up, and pipeline conversion
  • Own the EMEA field calendar with London as the base of operations
  • Run executive dinners, roundtables, and selective conference activations for priority accounts and priority regions
  • Coordinate tightly with sales, GTM, and ABM on who gets invited, why, and what should happen after
  • Keep event execution polished while staying commercially hard-nosed about what is worth repeating
  • Make sure every major event has a pre-event plan, during-event plan, and post-event progression plan
  • Own local vendor relationships, venue strategy, and event execution quality without becoming an “events admin”
Marketing & Campaign Execution
  • Develop and provide strategic direction for campaigns focused on regional and vertical audiences
  • Launch localised email, social, and account-based marketing initiatives to target named accounts and high-value segments
  • Create program briefs, assets, and collateral that support campaign objectives
  • Track and report field program performance and ROI
  • Feed regional buyer and market insights back into campaign planning and content needs
Brand & Community Engagement
  • Build relationships with key ecosystem partners, associations, and community groups
  • Support customer advocacy programmes, success stories, and reference generation activities
  • Help elevate Flagright’s brand in strategic accounts and target industries
  • Build repeatable client and community relationships where they genuinely improve access to enterprise buyers

Who We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B field or demand marketing experience, ideally in SaaS
  • Strong project management capability with experience running events and field programmes
  • Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline contribution through integrated marketing initiatives
  • Excellent communicator with a strategic mindset and ability to execute with minimal direction
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and driving alignment across stakeholders
  • Based in or near London with right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
  • Willing and able to travel up to 60% of the time
