Role overview: Our Marketing team drives our brand presence across target markets. From customer engagements to integrated campaigns, they champion Flagright’s story, drive pipeline acceleration, and help customers discover our value through strategic, impactful programs. Events Leads at Flagright are strategic and hands-on. You will be required to travel, plan and execute high-impact initiatives, measure results, and continuously optimise for performance.

- Want to work with no-BS people building something important
People who struggle here:
- Need extensive hand-holding
- View high expectations as “unreasonable”

Key responsibilities:
- Event Marketing
- Develop and execute field marketing strategies aligned to target segments and sales goals
- Plan, manage, and execute events, customer roundtables, and sponsored industry gatherings
- Partner with Sales team to drive event outreach, follow-up, and pipeline conversion

- Run executive dinners, roundtables, and selective conference activations for priority accounts and priority regions
- Coordinate tightly with sales, GTM, and ABM on who gets invited, why, and what should happen after
- Keep event execution polished while staying commercially hard-nosed about what is worth repeating
- Make sure every major event has a pre-event plan, during event plan, and post event progression plan
- Own local vendor relationships, venue strategy, and event execution quality without becoming an “events admin”
- Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Develop and provide strategic direction for campaigns focused on regional and vertical audiences
- Launch localized email, social, and account-based marketing initiatives to target named accounts and high-value segments
- Create program briefs, assets, and collateral that support campaign objectives

- 3+ years of B2B field or demand marketing experience, ideally in SaaS
- Strong project management capability with experience running events and field programs
- Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline contribution through integrated marketing initiatives
- Excellent communicator with a strategic mindset and ability to execute with minimal direction
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and driving alignment across stakeholders
- Based in or near London with right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
- Willing and able to travel up to 60% of the time
- Product with clear, real-world differentiation
- High-bar environment focused on execution, learning, and continuous improvement
- Get equity from day 1 at a Y Combinator startup
