Our Sales team drives customer growth globally and owns the customer journey end-to-end.
We are looking for a (Sr) Mid-Market Account Executive based in London to help expand Flagright’s footprint across Europe, targeting a variety of UK & Europe based fintech companies.
This is a high-ownership individual contributor role focused on winning new customers and driving revenue growth.
You will manage deals from discovery through close, develop strong industry expertise, and build relationships with financial crime leaders across the European fintech ecosystem.
You will operate with autonomy in a fast-moving environment, build pipeline proactively, and represent Flagright at customer meetings and industry events across Europe.

Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: qualify opportunities, demonstrate the product, engage multiple stakeholders, prepare pricing proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and lead contracts through to close
- Maintain a disciplined, well-qualified pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Represent Flagright at industry events and customer meetings across Europe, building relationships within the fintech compliance ecosystem
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success during evaluations to ensure successful deal execution and smooth handover post-sale
Who we are looking for
- 3+ years of quota-carrying Saa S sales experience, with responsibility for closing deals
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, from qualification through to contract signature
- Experience building trust, credibility and selling to both technical and business stakeholders
- High performer with a strong track record of building and managing pipeline and consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Experience selling into fintech, payments or banking and/or for a regtech is highly desirable
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment with high ownership and autonomy
- Disciplined and organized approach to pipeline management, CRM hygiene, forecasting, and deal execution
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical, contractual, and commercial discussions
- Based in or near London with right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
- Willing and able to travel up to 60% of the time
