About Flagright: Flagright is an AI operating system for financial crime compliance used globally by Fortune 500 companies, large banks, fintechs, and fast-growing startups. Flagright enables real-time risk detection, automated investigations, and intelligent decisioning, helping compliance teams operate at their full potential in the fight against financial crime. We operate as a lean, high-performance team with high individual ownership and direct access to leadership.
Role overview: Our Marketing team drives our brand presence across target markets. From customer engagements to integrated campaigns, they champion Flagright’s story, drive pipeline acceleration, and help customers discover our value through strategic, impactful programs. We are hiring a Social & Distribution Lead in London to scale our global marketing efforts. You will own Flagright’s distribution and social strategy, driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across key markets. This role is both strategic and analytical. You will need strong editorial judgment, a data-driven mindset, and a constant focus on performance optimization.
People who thrive at Flagright:
- Have been knocked down before and gotten back up
- Are resourceful—they figure things out with whatever tools are available
- Have strong opinions and can defend them
- Learn fast because they're hungry
- Want to work with no-BS people building something important
People who struggle here:
- Need extensive hand-holding
- View high expectations as “unreasonable”
- Actually prioritize work-life balance
- Can’t handle ambiguity or rejection
- Prefer consistent routine over fast-changing priorities
Key responsibilities:
- Own the distribution engine for company content, executive thought leadership, launches, webinars, reports, and event moments
- Build and run the founder/executive publishing rhythm on LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Turn one strong long-form asset into multiple high-quality distribution units rather than constantly asking the team for net-new material
- Own the company social calendar and keep it aligned to GTM priorities, not generic “engagement”
- Package technical content into formats buyers will actually consume: carousels, short-form posts, hooks, POV threads, short clips, quote cards, and event recaps
- Manage company monthly newsletters
- Support field and ABM by amplifying event narratives before and after executive programs, conferences, and reports
- Track social assisted traffic, engaged accounts, executive publishing cadence, and distribution efficiency
- Ideate and improve company's community engagement
- Build a lightweight employee-advocacy motion once the base system is working
Who we are looking for:
- A B2B SaaS distribution operator, not a consumer style social media manager
- Background in financial crime research
- A strong writer editor who can ghostwrite for executives without making them sound like everyone else
- Someone who understands that LinkedIn is a distribution channel for category narrative, not a vanity metric machine
- Comfortable working with technical subject matter and turning dense content into sharper, simpler distribution assets
- Able to understand how to reinforce our market position
- Strong editorial judgment, strong repurposing instinct, and enough analytics discipline to know what is working
- Comfortable operating asynchronously with a content lead in another timezone
- Based in or near London with right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
Preferred experience: Experience supporting founders or senior executives in fintech, SaaS, or another complex B2B category.
What we offer:
- Leadership position with direct influence on Flagright’s distribution and social strategy
- Product with clear, real-world differentiation
- High-bar environment focused on execution, learning, and continuous improvement
- Get equity from day 1 at a Y Combinator startup
- Work alongside a highly competent, top-tier team, including professionals from Y Combinator, ex AWS, and Palantir
- Enjoy a low-bureaucracy environment, minimal meetings, and an asynchronous communications culture
