Role overview
Our Marketing team drives our brand presence across target markets. From customer engagements to integrated campaigns, they champion Flagright’s story, drive pipeline acceleration, and help customers discover our value through strategic, impactful programs. We are hiring a Senior Field Marketing Manager to help scale Flagright’s marketing efforts in EMEA. You will own field-level strategy and execution to drive awareness, engagement, and sales pipeline growth within key markets. You will partner closely with the Sales team to design and deliver programs that accelerate pipeline velocity, expand market reach, and enhance brand positioning.

Key responsibilities
Event Marketing
- Develop and execute field marketing strategies aligned to target segments and sales goals
- Plan, manage, and execute events, customer roundtables, and sponsored industry gatherings
- Partner with Sales team to drive event outreach, follow-up, and pipeline conversion
- Own the EMEA field calendar with London as the base of operations
- Run executive dinners, roundtables, and selective conference activations for priority accounts and priority regions
- Coordinate tightly with sales, GTM, and ABM on who gets invited, why, and what should happen after
- Keep event execution polished while staying commercially hard-nosed about what is worth repeating
- Make sure every major event has a pre-event plan, during event plan, and post-event progression plan
- Own local vendor relationships, venue strategy, and event execution quality without becoming an “events admin”
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Develop and provide strategic direction for campaigns focused on regional and vertical audiences
- Launch localized email, social, and other marketing initiatives
