We are looking for a 2 - 4 PQE Associate to join our non-contentious Construction team within our Real Estate department.
Responsibilities
- This is a varied and stimulating role, offering exposure to a broad range of construction matters.
- You will advise on and draft consultant appointments and ancillary documents.
- Provide guidance on the Building Safety Act.
- Support clients and project teams throughout the lifecycle of developments.
- The role will also involve working with a range of building contracts and contributing to the successful delivery of construction projects.
Qualifications
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a non-contentious construction team in private practice.
