Responsibilities

• Manage deliveries and pickups between store, warehouse, and clients: prepare orders, labeling, packaging, and shipping.
• Ensure proper organization of stock and transfer of footwear between areas (back office, display, warehouse).
• Assist with receiving merchandise and checking products delivered by suppliers.
• Support customer service tasks during peak moments or events (small internal deliveries, restocking in store).
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and presentation of storage spaces and common areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in light logistics, retail, runner, or similar roles.
• Knowledge of fashion or luxury store environments is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and living within the city.
• Ability to move quickly and pay attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours: special sales days, urgent deliveries, possible weekends, or events.
