The Social Media Manager will lead the execution of integrated social media, content, and creator campaigns across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more. This role sits at the core of our team, driving the activation of bold and innovative ideas for our clients. You will work closely with the Managing Director to deliver best-in-class campaigns across multiple channels as a key point of contact for client relationships.
With a deep understanding of social algorithms, cultural awareness, video editing and a constant pulse on emerging trends, you will lead end-to-end campaign delivery. From strategy and content production to social planning, trend research, creator collaborations, and reporting, you’ll ensure every element drives and delivers on campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with creative teams to develop campaign strategy docs, brand aesthetics and messaging.
- Be the lead on developing creative and trend-driven content ideas, plans and hijacks for clients, that deliver on their business and social growth objectives.
- Oversee the creation of activation roadmaps, setting clear goals and timelines for event and content delivery.
- Establish and manage activation budgets, recommending the appropriate creative teams for production.
- Stay ahead of emerging social media trends and seamlessly integrate them into our campaigns.
- Monitor affiliate and campaign revenue, reporting on performance against key objectives.
- Utilise our AI-powered tools and identify new ones to streamline workflows, make content creation more efficient, and deliver more value to clients.
- Develop and execute integrated social media campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms based on strategy and audience insights.

- Oversee affiliate collaborations, including agreements, approvals, and execution, ensuring client goals are met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with creators and influencers to deliver ongoing value for campaigns.
- Lead event activation with the client, from logistics planning to execution.
- Act as the primary client point of contact, providing consistent updates and strategic recommendations.
- Lead weekly client calls, delivering clear progress updates and campaign insights based on the agreed KPIs and deliverables.
- Prepare and present monthly reports, analysing campaign performance and suggesting areas for optimisation.

- 4+ years of experience in social media management and creator partnerships for brand campaigns, ideally within an agency.
