Capital Markets Recruitment – Mid-Level Headhunter (Equity & Macro Research) London | Full-Time | Office-based majority of the week F&L Search, A specialist executive search firm is looking to hire a capital markets recruiter to support their growth across macro and equity research. This is an opportunity to step into a warm, senior-led practice with deep, long-term client relationships in both London and New York, working on high-value, strategic mandates for leading hedge funds, research providers, and asset managers. The focus will be on building and delivering searches across: – Buy-side macro and equity research hiring (strategists, economists, researchers) – Research-led roles at independent research providers (macro, thematic, multi-asset) – Strategic hires within sell-side research (selectively) You’ll work closely with a senior recruiter who has extensive relationships across this space, with an increasing volume of work coming from retained or exclusive mandates. The expectation is that you’ll be comfortable working end-to-end on searches (with guidance where needed), building out candidate networks, helping with pitch prep and mapping, and taking on client comms as you progress.
