This Course Tutor role focuses on delivering high-quality procurement and supply training across client and open programmes, supporting an excellent learner experience and consistent teaching standards. The postholder will contribute to the development and maintenance of relevant, market-focused training materials, helping ensure programmes reflect the needs of the profession.

- Contract: permanent, full-time post
- Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 p.a.

- Location: The role is home-based, with an expectation that the job holder will attend Tutor Team Meetings as required and travel throughout the UK as part of the training team when needed. The possibility of international travel may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering a minimum of 70 days of tuition per year, including face-to-face, virtual and 1-2-1 tutoring.
- Providing advice, support, and guidance to learners.
- Acting as a point of contact concerning teaching and learning issues.
- Updating allocated course materials and contributing to general materials development.
- Ensuring consistency across training programmes.
- Updating course materials in a variety of media.
About you
It is essential that the candidate:
- Is an experienced tutor
- Has the ability to (a) deliver high-quality learning programmes and (b) provide supportive learning environments.
- Is MCIPS / FCIPS with current procurement and supply expertise, or is already studying at Level 6 with an expectation to achieve MCIPS within 12 calendar months.
- Can work under pressure (including exercising judgment and making decisions), prioritise, and meet deadlines.
- Can manage resources efficiently and effectively.
- Can develop effective stakeholder relationships.
- Possesses exceptional communication skills.
- Has good IT and analytical skills.
It is desirable that the candidate:
- Possesses a recognised training or teaching qualification.
- Has experience of teaching on apprenticeship programmes within a recognised study centre, FE or HE institution.
- Has experience of teaching virtually using digital learning tools and techniques.
