Our client – a leading professional body is looking for a Strategic Insights Manager to lead research and insight projects that inform key business decisions and support long-term strategic goals.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and manage research projects to fill insight gaps and drive business impact

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, translating data into actionable recommendations

• Work closely with stakeholders to provide compelling insights that influence decision-making

• Lead on market scanning, competitor analysis, and thought leadership initiatives

• Manage research agencies and ensure maximum value from external partners

Key facts:

• Full-time, permanent position

• Hybrid working – blend of home and London office (1-2 days/week)

• Salary: £50,000 – £52,600 + benefits

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in designing and executing research projects

• Expert knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods

• Ability to turn data into meaningful insights and strategic recommendations

• Excellent communication skills – able to bring insights to life through storytelling

• A proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for evidence-based decision-making
