Global Revenue Operations Leader

Have you built or radically improved a global revenue operations function, ideally in a post-acquisition environment?

Do you thrive in fast-moving, international environments where you lead on the development of systems, processes and data foundations from the ground up?

Are you a commercially minded operator who can partner closely with senior leadership, without needing direct sales ownership to drive impact?

If so, this opportunity could be the right next move for you.

The Role

We are looking for a strategic, hands‑on global revenue operations leader to partner directly with the CEO and regional revenue leads. You will be responsible for designing, owning, and scaling the operational backbone that supports all revenue‑generation activities globally.

This newly created role was established following the acquisition of another organisation. The successful candidate will initially lead this function as a stand‑alone position, with the expectation of building and developing a dedicated team over time.

Main Responsibilities

  • Translate commercial strategy into operational execution by developing and implementing a global Go‑To‑Market operating model that aligns sales, marketing, and revenue operations across regions.
  • Own and evolve the commercial systems stack, including CRM and related tools – defining business requirements, integrations, workflows, and forecasting.
  • Build scalable workflows, reporting and forecasting models to support consistent growth and reliable performance insights.
  • Create a single source of truth for revenue data and KPIs while surfacing performance trends, gaps and opportunities for leadership.
  • Lead data migrations and systems integrations related to acquisitions or platform consolidation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years’ experience in revenue operations, commercial strategy, or GTM enablement within global or matrixed organisations.
  • Demonstrated success designing and operationalising GTM strategy at scale.
  • Strong CRM expertise (Salesforce or equivalent), including implementation leadership and adoption management.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive change, and deliver results across teams without direct reporting lines.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with cross‑functional collaboration at its core.

Key Facts

  • Basic salary range of ca ÂŁ130,000 – ÂŁ140,000 (+ bonus)
  • Hybrid working model – 3 days a week in London office (more if preferred)

Benefits

Benefits package includes retirement planning support, comprehensive healthcare, parental leave, professional development programmes, and paid volunteer days.

We encourage applications from all sections of the community. Qualifications and/or experience identified are indicative. We will consider applications from candidates who have comparable qualifications and/or experience for the role advertised.
