We are seeking a commercially driven relationship builder to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts across Europe as a Business Development Manager. Do you excel at building long-term, trusted partnerships with senior leaders in global organisations? Are you skilled in uncovering client challenges and shaping consultative solutions that drive measurable impact?
This is a high-profile role that combines strategic account management with business development, offering the chance to influence growth across a global client base. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders in both global financial institutions and international corporates, ensuring their evolving needs are met with tailored solutions.
Key Facts- Basic salary of ca £75k, OTE up to £100k
- Hybrid working model – 3 days a week in our London office (more if preferred)

Knowledge: Strong understanding of the financial services and/or international corporate landscape. Awareness of global client needs in areas such as strategy, risk, growth, and compliance.
Skills: Excellent consultative sales approach, relationship management at senior levels, strategic account planning, and the ability to influence complex decision-making.
Experience: Proven success in business development or account management within professional services, financial services, or advisory environments. Evidence of delivering revenue growth and expanding multi-solution offerings to sophisticated clients.
Behaviours: Client-focused, commercially astute, collaborative, persuasive, and driven. Comfortable managing senior relationships across borders and sectors.
