Complaints Officer – Short-Term Assignment
We're supporting our client - a medical royal college - in sourcing an experienced professional to manage a number of formal Stage 2 complaints relating to governance and sponsorship matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and investigating formal complaints in line with organisational policy.
- Assessing relevant governance documents and evidence.
- Identifying key issues for investigation and determining appropriate outcomes.
- Drafting clear, professional response letters and emails in line with brand guidelines.
- Maintaining complaint records and managing any new cases that arise.
Support will be available from the organisation's Legal and Communications teams. The role is expected to focus on multiple complaints linked to a common issue.
Ideal candidates will have experience in complaints handling, governance, regulatory environments, investigations, or public sector/professional body settings.
