Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage requirements activities for assigned projects
- Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business and system requirements
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners
- Support system integration, process optimisation, and technology implementation
- Evaluate solution feasibility and support testing, demos, and training activities
- Maintain and improve business analysis standards, documentation, and best practices
- Coach and review work of junior business analysts
- Track and report on progress, risks, and changes
- Support issue triage, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management
- Experience working in Agile and other SDLC methodologies
- Solid understanding of systems, databases, and application design principles
- Experience analysing and improving business processes and workflows
- Ability to independently manage small initiatives and support complex projects
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
