We’re hiring a Medical Assistance Case Manager for an insurance company to join a fast-paced, 24/7 operations team supporting insured clients who need urgent medical help abroad. You’ll be the key point of contact for customers in challenging situations — coordinating medical care, assessing insurance coverage, and ensuring timely, empathetic support from first contact through to resolution.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing medical assistance cases from start to finish
- Coordinating hospitals, doctors, and travel arrangements
- Checking policy coverage and authorising treatment within guidelines
- Supporting clients and families with clear, compassionate communication
- Keeping accurate case records and escalating where needed
What we’re looking for:
- Customer service or contact centre experience (or 1+ year in claims/case handling)
