Customer Success Manager – Construction Management/ PropTech – Hybrid – Up to £40k.
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our client that operates in the B2B SaaS industry. Our client facilitates digital transformation allowing their customers to modernise their management experiences and streamline processes. This business is at the forefront of bringing the real estate sector into the digital age.
We are looking to hire an experienced Customer Success Manager to join the Customer Solutions team. You will work closely with Onboarding, Product & Sales teams to deliver tailored software solutions for customers. As a Customer Success Manager, you will take over new client accounts from the sales team, guiding them through the onboarding process and helping with the configuration of customer environments, you will be able to demonstrate and articulate the features of products best suited for the customer. You will be required to contribute to meetings to identify the best solutions to a customer’s requirements.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in SaaS/Technology with a desire to grow in the space
- Construction Management experience and knowledge
- Highly self-motivated with an intrinsic desire to develop yourself
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Experience presenting to customers
- Previous experience working on customisable technology products
- Previously worked in a B2B environment
- Previous experience in customer facing role
