- Roles and responsibilities
- Renew your portfolio of clients, offering them the best available solutions to secure them as long term clients and hitting your renewal targets
- Support existing clients across the full range of International employee benefits with day to day service queries and requests; membership changes, invoicing and payment details, claims assistance, member policy queries etc.
- Leading on new client sales opportunities across Individual and SME (with the potential of some Corporate client work), to help put in place or review their international benefits.
- Advising across a full range of International benefits, you will build trust with clients through your expert knowledge and consultative approach.
- Cultivate a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, both self generated through proactive outreach and converting from leads generated form the business.
- Lead on scheme implementation; manage the onboarding member data, assist with member forms / declarations where required, assist with company documentation where required.
- Complete and document all compliance file requirements. Completing and recording our compliance checklist for each new client and client renewal.
- Support employee presentations where required
- Support existing clients across the full range of International employee benefits with day to day service queries and requests; membership changes, invoicing and payment details, claims assistance, member policy queries etc.
- Supporting in maintaining our International products broking sheets, keeping them updated for all International individual and company products across all insurers.
- Proactively contact existing clients in line with customer service & renewal strategy (post on boarding call, 6 monthly check in, product /compliance updates etc) to ensure an outstanding customer experience and provide insight on any forthcoming renewal
- For corporate clients you will assist in hosting quarterly performance review and assist in the gathering of 9 months terms, working towards scheme renewal.
- Present clients with renewal terms and host calls to talk clients through the terms, gather any updated data and assess whether their requirements have changed for the next year.
- Conduct a full market review on market options if required.
- Identify opportunities to try and cross sell in other products lines, or benefits into other countries / territories the client has.
- Compile client renewal reports.
- Working closely with the International Client Support Manager, supporting each other in busy periods and acting as cover for each other when out of the office.
- Update our Customer Management system with all client interactions and keep your workflow updated.
- Help to manage insurer relationships, building a good network of insurer
- Attend insurer training and market events and
- Work closely with the UK Account Management team to align processes and best practice where possible.
- Join up with UK Account Management team on renewals, when clients are working with us in both the UK and International markets
- Work closely with our Global Broker Network, managing a broad oversight of all markets a client has procured solutions via us, when clients have domestic renewals in markets outside the UK which align with their international plan.
- Assist with marketing content and promotion where required.
- Always work within our Brand
- Complete the required annual training modules for; Complaints, Anti Money Laundering and GDPR.
- Training will be provided internally and via our insurer partners, letting you develop a broad protection and employee benefit skill set, to work with full range of products
