We are seeking a Graduate / Assistant Structural Engineer to join our team in Launceston. The ideal candidate will assist in the design and implementation of structural engineering projects, working closely with senior engineers to develop innovative solutions. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Preparing calculations
- Producing and reviewing CAD drawings
- Developing practical structural solutions in collaboration with colleagues and external partners
- Conducting site visits and inspections
- Preparing clear technical reports and documentation
- Liaising with clients, architects, and contractors to support project delivery from concept through to construction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Structural / Civil Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
