About the Role

FJDynamics is expanding its presence in the UK agricultural market. We are looking for a hands-on, field-driven Channel Sales Manager to build and grow our dealer network across the region.

This role focuses on:

  • Dealer acquisition and management
  • Channel development and sales growth
  • Driving product adoption through partners

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard agricultural machinery dealers and distributors
  • Partner Management: Build strong relationships with channel partners and support their sales activities
  • Sales Growth: Drive revenue through partners by setting targets and supporting execution
  • Field Engagement: Visit dealers and farms regularly to support sales and strengthen relationships
  • Product Demonstration & Training: Deliver product demos and basic training to partners and end-users
  • Market Insights: Collect market feedback and support regional strategy

Requirements

  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in channel sales / dealer management in agricultural machinery, construction equipment, automotive, or similar industries
  • Profile: Strong ability to develop new partners and manage distributor networks
  • Work Style: Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across Nordic markets and valid driver's license
  • Environment Fit: Comfortable working in rural areas and engaging directly with farmers and dealers
