Role Description
This is a full-time position across multiple sites for a Multi-trader. The Multi-trader will be responsible for performing a variety of trade tasks, including maintenance, repairs, and installations, across residential and commercial properties. Day‑to‑day responsibilities will include diagnosing and solving issues promptly, executing high‑quality work, and ensuring client satisfaction through professional communication and reliable service. Adhering to safety standards and coordinating effectively with team members will be essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, and decorating
- Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance and repair issues effectively
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism when interacting with clients
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices
- Full valid UK driving licence is essential
- Experience in facilities or property management is beneficial
- Relevant NVQ or City & Guilds qualifications in construction trades are a plus
