Job Description
As a Regional Business Manager you will play a key part in developing the business growth objectives by way of working within a defined geographical location to increase brand awareness, partner and consumer experience within the vehicle servicing and maintenance industry.
Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of existing accounts, touching base and visiting sites on a regular basis to support and maintain business relations.
- General business development.
- Sales & Marketing activities (which may include working weekends).
- Lead generation and prospecting.
- Growth of branded independent garage network proposition.
- Training / Coaching clients and partners of the business.
- Analysis of market trends to generate business growth opportunities.
- Circa 40%(+) field based working (lone working).
Candidate Requirements
- Automotive knowledge preferably within aftersales operations.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Contacts within the automotive industry (preferred).
- Prepared for occasional nights away from home.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders and existing parties.
- Strong networking skills to build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Strong Negotiating skills.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes in direction.
- Good time keeping skills.
