We are looking for a dedicated Motor Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of Fixter, helping our customers with their car maintenance needs and ensuring they have a seamless, stress-free experience. You will provide timely, empathetic assistance via phone, email, and chat while collaborating with various teams to resolve issues and enhance the overall customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Keep our customers updated throughout the day on the status of their vehicles.
  • Upsell additional products and services to customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively, escalating issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Assist customers with booking services, answering questions about our offerings, and resolving issues related to their car maintenance experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our system, logging inquiries and interactions for future reference.
  • Educate customers on Fixter’s services and tools to help them get the most out of their experience.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and foster positive relationships by addressing concerns and finding tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on customer pain points and suggesting enhancements to our services.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer support or a customer-facing role (preferably in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment).
  • Some experience in telesales, business development or account management would be preferable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive user experience.
