We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention across multiple channels. This role requires a highly analytical and creative marketer able to balance brand building with performance marketing execution, leveraging data to optimise the full customer funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth & Performance Marketing
- Own and scale multi‑channel acquisition strategies (paid search, paid social, display, affiliates, partnerships) and test new marketing channels and tactics across traditional and digital channels.
- Manage and optimise search and paid social campaigns (Meta, Reddit, TikTok, etc.).
- Continuously test, measure, and improve campaign performance (CAC, LTV, ROAS).
- Brand & Integrated Marketing
- Develop and execute brand campaigns that increase awareness and trust.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high‑performing assets.
- Social Media & Content
- Lead organic and paid social media strategy.
- Build and engage Fixter’s online communities.
- Work with content agencies to develop SEO‑driven and social‑first campaigns.
- CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
- Own CRM strategy (email, SMS, push notifications).
- Build lifecycle journeys to improve conversion, retention and reactivation.
- Segment audiences and personalise communications.
- Analytics & Data
- Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms and BI tools to track performance.
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks.

Qualifications
- Experience

- Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition in a high‑growth environment (startup/scale‑up preferred).
- Automotive experience an advantage but not vital.
