We’re hiring a Social Media Content Creator to build brand presence and connect with our audiences through creative content

Role Overview

As part of our growing marketing and creative team, this role focuses on developing content that showcases our products, engages our community, and builds brand awareness across multiple platforms. The Social Media Content Creator will play a central role in shaping our digital presence, working alongside designers, marketers, and remote assistants to deliver fresh, consistent, and impactful content.

A key part of the role will be presenting in video content and acting as the face of the brand across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. We’re looking for someone confident, camera-ready, and eager to represent our brands in a professional yet engaging way.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories, and graphics) for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Be the on-camera presenter for product demonstrations, tutorials, social campaigns, and brand videos.
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with brand and campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideas and product launches.
• Write captions, posts, and social copy with a strong brand voice.
• Monitor social media trends, memes, and cultural moments to produce timely and relevant content.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Track, measure, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
• Stay up to date with social media platform updates, features, and best practices.
• Assist with influencer collaborations, UGC (user-generated content), and partnerships.
• Maintain consistency in branding, visuals, and messaging across all channels.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience creating content for social media (portfolio or examples required).
• Confident and comfortable presenting on camera, with good communication skills.
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone to different platforms.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels trends.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use insights to improve performance.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for storytelling.

Permanent / Full-Time Role

Salary £32,000 – £36,000 per year, depending on experience
