As we scale, we’re looking for a visionary and results-oriented Head of e-commerce to lead our digital commerce strategy, elevate performance, and take our operations to the next level.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead E-Commerce Manager to take full ownership of our digital storefront and drive online growth. If you’re confident managing Shopify, optimising site performance, and scaling paid media, this is your chance to make a significant impact.
Your Role
You’ll be the strategic and operational lead for everything e-commerce - from front-end user experience to back-end functionality and full-funnel digital marketing. This is a hands-on role where you’ll directly execute and manage initiatives that increase traffic, conversions, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the eCommerce website (Shopify), including front-end UX and back-end operations
- Lead site design, UX, CRO, and product merchandising strategies
- Oversee platform integrations (payment gateways, inventory systems, CRM, etc.)
- Manage all digital marketing channels:
- Google Ads / PPC
- SEO strategy and execution
- Paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years in a senior eCommerce role, preferably within DTC
- Proven experience managing a Shopify store end-to-end
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing (PPC, SEO, email, paid social)
- Data-driven with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and keyword research platforms
- Proactive problem-solver and self-starter with strong prioritisation skills
- Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify Liquid, and working with DTC brands
