FIXRA is a rapidly growing e-commerce company specialising in car parts and accessories. With a diverse and expanding product portfolio, a loyal customer base, and sales across multiple platforms - including Amazon and our own DTC website - we’re driving innovation in the automotive and home improvement e-commerce space.
We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to drive day-to-day execution across our paid, organic, and email channels. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and a specialist paid media agency, owning the execution that keeps everything moving.
What you'll do:
- Day-to-day management of paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta.
- Optimization, budget management, bid adjustments, and negative keyword work - coordinating with our paid media agency on strategic restructure work.
- On-page SEO - titles, meta descriptions, product and category page copy.
- Product feed maintenance in Shopify and Google Merchant Center - title quality, custom labels, attribute completeness, performance bucketing.
- Weekly performance reporting with clear insight on what’s working, what isn’t, and what to test next.
- Conversion rate optimization - A/B testing on product and category pages, particularly mobile.
What you’ll need:
- 3-5 years hands-on e-commerce digital marketing experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
- Comfort with data - you can build a pivot table, interrogate GA4, and form a view from a dataset.
- Self-starter mindset. You’ll be the one in-house person who knows what’s happening across channels day-to-day.
- Clear written communication for performance reporting and agency briefs.
- E-commerce experience essential. Auto industry experience helpful but not required.
