We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and help optimise our online presence. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about e-commerce, organised, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the daily management of listings across platforms such as Amazon and our DTC website.
- Managing marketplace and website advertising campaigns, setting up and keeping on top of the advertising spend and strategy.
- Support the execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, and price adjustments.
- Monitor and update product content, including descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on basic digital content updates and email campaigns.
- Track and report on key metrics such as sales performance and customer reviews.
- Conduct competitor and market research to help inform strategy.
- Strong interest in e-commerce and digital retail.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or eBay) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
