We are looking for an Office & Culture Manager to drive the day-to-day operations of our London HQ while shaping a vibrant company culture. In addition to supporting our local team, you will extend operational support to our South Africa office. As our ultimate team champion, you will ensure our workplace remains an energising, efficient, and fun place to work.
You will own the planning of company activities, social events, and high-impact meetings. As the front-of-house ambassador, you’ll provide a warm welcome to all guests and clients. Additionally, you will support company leadership by providing Executive Assistant services to the C-Suite.
- Office Appearance & Upkeep: Ensure the office maintains a professional, high-spec presentation at all times. Serve as the primary point of contact for landlord relations, facilities, and external suppliers.
- General Office Management: Manage office budgets, inventory, and procurement, including merchandise, stationery, tech equipment, refreshments, and courier services. Keep meeting rooms fully equipped and operational.
- Client & Guest Experience: Serve as the face of the business, delivering a warm, professional welcome to all guests. Coordinate logistics and catering for key client meetings and internal presentations.
- People & Culture: Drive initiatives that foster a dynamic, fun, and inclusive work environment. Lead the planning of company socials, team training, client networking initiatives, and seasonal events. Manage the onboarding experience for new hires and build ongoing employee engagement programmes.
- EA & Team Support: Provide executive support to the C-Suite team, including diary management, travel logistics, and expense processing. Assist sales and account teams with external client visits and roadshows.
