This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in the UK as we continue to grow and expand into new areas of ticketing. The role is based in London, but you will work closely with our teams in other countries.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The FP&A Analyst will report principally to the CFO but will also work with the wider management team from time to time. The FP&A Analyst will be primarily responsible for:

  • Assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the business.
  • Providing support with the production of management accounts and dashboards for clients.
  • Supporting the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and financial models.
  • Supporting the preparation of the business plan, with a specific focus on revenue projections.
  • Supporting the drafting of investor presentations and board packs.
  • Assisting in the production of monthly management accounts.
  • Assisting in the production of weekly accounting dashboards for large clients.
  • Analysing company data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analysing the actual performance of deals compared to forecasts.
  • Supporting the production of pricing analysis for new products.
  • Preparing ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
  • Continuously improving financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong financial modelling skills.
  • A solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collect, evaluate and interpret complex sets of data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A master’s or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software such as Xero is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
