At the heart of the FIXR platform is our suite of data and reporting tools that provide organisers with the insights and data intelligence to help them understand their ticket buying audience and grow their business. This is an exciting opportunity to join our business development team in the UK as we continue to grow and expand into new areas of ticketing. The role is based in London, but you will work closely with our teams in other countries.

About The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive ticketing growth by finding and engaging with new client prospects. The successful candidate will be an ambitious self-starter with great communication skills, willing to hunt down sales leads, help with their qualification and support the wider Sales and Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join us as we experience record sales and see no limits to our potential. The role is a great foundation for a career in sales or account management, and you will work with both the wider business partnerships and client operations teams to help develop your skills and support your ongoing career progression. The BDR role is based in our London HQ at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Lead-sourcing and qualification across different verticals and event-types.
  • First point of contact for incoming prospects.
  • Working collaboratively with the marketing to develop sales campaigns and propositions.
  • Helping with client account administration, pitch preparation and demos.
  • Attending client meetings with members of the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task with excellent organisation and planning skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to spot/create opportunities.
  • Excellent process and communication skills.
  • Go-getting attitude – you’re ambitious and believe you get out what you put in.
  • Self-starters. You’ll get trained and you are part of a team, but we’re moving fast, and we need people who can think for themselves.
  • You must have the right to work in the UK.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary plus bonus.
  • Prime office location – right in the heart of Soho, London.
  • Holiday perks. Claim a bonus holiday day for every year you are with us.
  • L&D budget for you and your team.
  • Inclusive, social culture. Fun and dynamic with regular socials.
  • Free tickets for FIXR events.

At FIXR, we consider diversity a strength – inclusion fuels our ability to solve problems we never thought we could. Your application will be considered on its merits, without regard to your race, age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability status or anything else.
