About FIXR
FIXR is a leading event ticketing and technology platform, empowering event organisers to reach wider audiences and manage their events seamlessly. We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team and drive growth for both FIXR and our diverse range of clients.
As we continue to grow, we're investing into growth marketing and conversion optimisation, both for FIXR's own growth and for the success of our event partners. We're looking for a commercially minded, highly analytical Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead that effort.
About the Role
As the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will be a key driver of growth at FIXR. This is a dual‐impact role:
- Your primary role will be to act as an expert consultant and trusted advisor to our high‐profile event organisers, helping them scale ticket sales through smarter marketing, improved digital presence, stronger conversion journeys and better data analysis and performance insights.
- You will also own and lead FIXR's own performance marketing strategy, helping us reach and engage more event organisers.
- You will work closely with Engineering and Product teams to ensure our tracking and tech stack are best‐in‐class, and collaborate with the Account Management team to deliver value and insights to our clients.
This role reports to the CRO, and is based in our London HQ, at least 3 days per week.
Key responsibilities
- Funnel Optimisation: Deeply analyse and optimise full‐funnel marketing activities, from top‐of‐funnel awareness to bottom‐of‐funnel conversion and ticket sales.
- Client Advisory: Act as a trusted expert and adviser to FIXR clients, helping them optimise their own digital marketing campaigns and online presence and maximise ticket sales.
- Data & Analytics: Deep dive into conversion analytics to interpret performance, identify friction points in the user journey, and provide actionable recommendations for ecommerce growth.
- Strategy & Execution: Own the end‐to‐end performance marketing strategy for FIXR, focusing on acquisition, retention, and brand awareness across the entire customer lifecycle. Collaborate on and inform SEO/GEO strategy, particularly around keyword intelligence, conversion data, and channel performance.
- Campaign Management: Hands‐on management of paid social (Meta), paid search (Google Ads), and other performance channels.
- Cross‐Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering and Product teams to improve attribution modelling and conversion funnels, and with Account Management to support client growth.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage marketing budgets, ensuring high ROI and meeting CAC targets.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in performance marketing, preferably within an ecommerce or marketplace environment. Bonus points for agency experience.
- Channel Mastery: Specialist knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and modern performance marketing tools.
- Customer Journey Expertise: Proven experience in mapping and optimising complex customer purchase journeys to drive higher conversion rates and lifetime value.
- AI Proficiency: Experience using AI tools to drive measurable improvements in campaign performance, with the confidence and expertise to translate this into clear, practical guidance.
- Analytical Rigour: Expert‐level understanding of conversion analytics and attribution, with the ability to analyse complex data sets and translate them into clear strategic insights.
- Communication: Highly articulate and personable, with the ability to explain technical marketing concepts to non‐technical stakeholders and clients.
- SEO Knowledge: A solid understanding of SEO principles and how they can be evolved to service a GEO landscape.
- Technical Aptitude: Understanding of tracking pixels, GTM, and the technical requirements for performance marketing.
- Mindset: Proactive, data‐driven, and comfortable working in a fast‐paced, evolving environment.
