Position Overview: We are looking for a full-time proactive and results-driven Sales and Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the joinery market, as well as maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills both written and spoken in Polish and English, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships both face to face and over the phone.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gain exceptional product knowledge.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients and the dispatch team.
- Negotiate and close sales, cross-sell, upsell.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Deal with customer queries and complaints.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
- Fluent English and Polish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
