Fix.Glass is a dynamic, customer-focused company in the vehicle glass replacement industry. We are looking for motivated Human Resource Generalist to join our remote team! You'll play a vital role in managing core HR functions, supporting recruitment efforts, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring our workforce is aligned with operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling systems.
  • Maintain and update employee contracts, ensuring legal compliance and role clarity.
  • Manage employee contracts.
  • Support employee onboarding and exit processes.
  • Respond to general HR queries and support employee engagement initiatives.

Work Schedule And Compensation:

You will work Monday to Friday - UK time 08:00am to 17:00pm. 28 Paid Holidays per calendar year. We do not follow weekdays or national holidays. Holidays must be chosen manually yourself, and you can match them with national holidays if you wish. Payments made Wednesday every two weeks straight into your bank account.

Requirements:

  • A quiet home workspace with a professional setup.
  • APC and dual monitor, wired microphone, and cable fibre internet connection for seamless communication (WIFI not recommended).
  • Previous experience in an HR role.
  • Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • PC and technical knowledge is a must.
  • Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HR best practices.
  • Additional languages like German, French, Italian and Spanish, alongside English is a bonus.
