Role Purpose: Build and strengthen client relationships, supporting Business Development to win new and repeat business. Progress sales opportunities through to close to deliver profitable, sustainable revenue in line with the company’s strategy.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Identify, create and develop sales opportunities.
- Convert enquiries into opportunities to quote.
- Prepare quotations and set up pricing in line with agreed parameters.
- Manage tender enquiries, coordinating inputs as required.
- Follow up on quotations to progress opportunities and secure orders.
- Business Development support tasks, including actions arising from client visits.
- Undertake telesales and prospecting activity to support Business Development.
- Book appointments for Business Development and confirm requirements in advance.
- Conduct account progression calls to maintain momentum and support conversion.
- Manage and analyse assigned accounts (e.g., Platinum and Gold) by monitoring spend reports and trends.
- Maintain accurate, detailed CRM records of activity to support effective team collaboration.
- Share market and customer insights with Marketing and contribute to campaign development for target segments.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and track responses and outcomes.

- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy at every stage
- Ability to prioritise effectively, using time management and planning to meet deadlines and focus on high-value activity
- Committed to learning and continuous improvement; open to feedback and new methods
- Team-oriented, with awareness of colleagues’ workloads and priorities
- Able to take initiative and work independently
- Strong IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and business systems

- Experience in marketing
