Our client is an innovative, fast-paced, and growing company. They invented a lightweight roofing system to supply the construction industry and are now the UK’s largest manufacturer. Some key features that make them unique:

The role

Joining an upbeat and motivated team, you'll be providing support to customers and the sales team. Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer queries
  • Building relationships with customers and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Estimating materials required to complete jobs
  • Organising and sending out samples to customers
  • Generating quotations and processing orders for new and existing customers
  • Updating the company’s administrative online system (CRM)
  • Enquiry follow-up via phone and email.
