A focus on high-quality Supporting the local economy by using local suppliers and distribution networks Anti-vandal – systems are made far more durable than traditional systems, reducing the risk of vandalism and increasing security. Versatility – supplying to all types of buildings, from houses and garages to schools, offices, warehouses, and even log cabins! The role Joining an upbeat and motivated team, you\’ll be providing support to customers and the sales team. Responsibilities include: Responding to customer queries Building relationships with customers and delivering outstanding customer service Estimating materials required to complete jobs Organising and sending out samples to customers Generating quotations and processing orders for new and existing customers Updating the company’s administrative online system (CRM) Enquiry follow-up via phone and email.
