The Role
We are looking for an experienced Qualified Supervisor to join our growing team, working across our London contract sites and our Hertford head office, Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct line and people management of Site Supervisors, Engineers and Improvers.
- Following the People Manager guide to ensure that you build a high-performance team, create an accountable and values driven culture, and nurture the growth and development of team members.
- Lead and supervise staff, ensuring works are delivered safely, to a high technical standard, and in full compliance with industry regulations.
