Operating from our head office, warehouse, and purpose‑built training centre in Hertford, we deliver high‑quality electrical services while continuously developing and supporting our people.
We are seeking experienced Electrical Improvers offering a strong pathway for career development, with clear progression to a fully qualified Electrical Testing & Inspection Engineer within a six‑month period. Upon successful progression, you will transition into a full‑time, permanent position. The role covers South or West London, with core working hours of Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with electrical installation, maintenance, and testing & inspection works under supervision
- Support the completion of EICRs and remedial works in line with current regulations
- Work safely and in full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and industry standards
- Follow instructions from the assigned Electrical Engineer and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Communicate professionally with residents, clients, and colleagues
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
- Take part in company‑provided training to support skills development
- Carry out additional duties as reasonably required by management

- L2/L3 Electrical Installations Diploma
