Sound familiar?
We’re a growing CRM and retention marketing agency, and we’re looking for someone ready to level up—someone who’s commercially minded, proactive, and ready to work closely with decision makers from day one.
What Sets This Role Apart
Direct access to the founder.
No endless chains of command‑just a clear line to the people shaping the strategy. Your input will matter, and you’ll see your work brought to life quickly.
You’ll grow faster here.
While others are still stuck on minor tasks, you’ll be owning and delivering full CRM strategies for ambitious brands.
You’ll be supported, but trusted to take the lead where you’re ready.
Flexible working, actually.
Work from home, pop into London, or take your laptop to a café‑whatever suits you best. As long as you’re delivering strong results, we trust you to manage your time.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the go‑to CRM specialist for a portfolio of exciting clients.
Your work will include building effective customer journeys, writing high‑converting email copy, configuring automation workflows, and advising on strategic opportunities to drive results.
You’ll also support implementation across channels, and occasionally step in to guide or adjust creative output—whether that’s refining copy or tweaking email designs to ensure everything stays on track and aligned with best practices.
You’ll use data to back up your decisions, AI tools to streamline your workflow, and your initiative to make things happen.
- YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF…
- You understand that CRM isn’t just about nice emails—it’s about driving real business value.
- You’ve already had some hands‑on success with CRM tools (especially Klaviyo) and can speak confidently about performance metrics and outcomes.
- You’re comfortable writing copy, editing designs, and adapting to different brand voices.
- You’re able to manage members of the creative team to produce high‑quality output.
- You’re highly organised and able to juggle multiple client projects without dropping the ball.
- You’re fluent in English and confident communicating directly with clients and stakeholders.
- You’re already using AI tools to save time, boost output, or spark new ideas.
Bonus if you’ve worked with SMS or push marketing.
