Job Overview
London Borough of Haringey is seeking an experienced Revenues Team Manager to lead and manage a team responsible for the billing, collection and enforcement of Council Tax. The role will involve working closely with the Arrears Team Manager, managing quality and performance, ensuring compliance with statutory legislation, local policies and best practice, and using strong revenues knowledge to maximise income collection while ensuring ethical recovery practices are applied.
The successful candidate will need strong Council Tax, revenues, arrears, enforcement, team management, performance management, statutory compliance, audit, contract management and stakeholder engagement experience.

This is a senior Revenues Team Manager role. Candidates must have strong technical knowledge of Council Tax billing, collection, recovery and enforcement. The role requires experience managing a revenues team, improving performance, identifying service risks, resolving training issues, implementing controls and ensuring compliance with statutory legislation, local policies and best practice. Candidates without direct revenues, Council Tax, arrears recovery, enforcement or revenues team management experience are unlikely to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a Council Tax revenues team
