As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Agency Sales & Trading to join our executive leadership team.

Position Overview

As the Head of Agency Sales & Trading playing a critical role in the senior leadership team you will have autonomy to help shape our business strategy and drive commercial success. You will be responsible for contributing to commercial growth, managing all Media Agency marketplaces both at a Network and Independent Agency Level and implementing strategies to ensure our budget is achieved. Agency space is a key part of our future success and we continue to invest in the right people to keep pushing it forward. We need experience, graft and hustle to get us there so being prepared to hit the ground running is a prerequisite. This role offers the chance to join a growing, high‑performing team with the freedom to build flexible branded‑content solutions for major media advertising agencies. Objectives & Responsibilities

  • Contributing to our overall commercial revenue growth of circa 42% YoY across 2026.
  • Experience leading agency teams with a proactive approach and mentality.
  • Responsible for all agency team members, setting budgets and delivering a positive outcome.
  • Recruit, plan and build out the department strategy.
  • Strategic leadership and daily management, applying coaching and training for the Agency team to exceed an annual turnover of £1.350m across 2026.
  • Working closely with the creative solutions department, ensuring they’re serving your department effectively.
  • Managing our CRM for greater visibility of KPI’s, activity, forecasting & revenue.
  • Track and monitor unsold assets & create creative ways to ensure sell-out.
  • Responsible for ensuring the team has support with insights, data and storytelling to engage and win potential new clients.
  • Ensure the right leadership skills are applied to every situation and model the correct behaviors to create a supportive working environment.
  • Fostering positivity and ensuring we have a highly passionate team but also professionally dealing with challenging situations.
  • Inspiring the team and leading from the front with personal success securing agency revenue in the business.
  • Embodying an ethos of TEAM.
  • Stay abreast of the media landscape & be an expert on our competitors to create compelling stories to position Fix as the go to brand.

The Package

  • Commission: Included to attain a competitive OTE.
  • Working hours: 9am-5pm.
  • Requirement for visiting the office: Minimum requirement is to attend our monthly full team meeting.
  • Future opportunity for share options in the business.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Half day off on the last Friday’s each month.
  • Holiday between Christmas and New Year’s due to office closure.
