The Opportunity

We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Onboarding Specialist – someone who truly enjoys helping clients and can provide outstanding support throughout the early stages of the home-moving journey. If you love making people feel valued and ensuring they have an unforgettable experience, this role is for you. Your goal will be to leave a lasting, positive impression on every client, ensuring they’re so impressed they can’t wait to share their experience with friends and family.

What We’re Looking For

  • Great Communication Skills: You must be approachable, supportive, and able to build strong relationships.
  • Experience: You’ll have a minimum of 2 years of experience in estate agency, financial services, or conveyancing.
  • Caring Nature: You must genuinely want to help clients and be a positive, supportive presence.
  • Target-Driven: You thrive on delivering great results and have a proven track record on hitting sale targets.
  • Team Spirit: While you can work from home on a day-to-day basis, we’d love for you to join us in our Chilwell, Nottinghamshire office for one day a month for team catch-ups and building team morale as well as our adhoc countryside team walks.
