About the Role
We are looking for a skilled VDA to join our busy, professional bodyshop team. In this role, you will accurately assess accident-damaged vehicles, create detailed repair estimates, and work closely with customers, insurers, and technicians to ensure an efficient and high-quality repair journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the full extent of repairs needed
- Prepare accurate estimates using Audatex or similar systems
- Communicate effectively with insurers, engineers, and customers
- Liaise with workshop teams to ensure repair methods are correctly followed
- Update and maintain job files, images, and documentation within agreed timescales
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and manufacturer repair methods
- Support the workflow of the bodyshop to keep repair cycles on track

- ATA VDA / IMI Accreditation
